I am deeply saddened to announce that AFSA International CEO Rick Dean has formally announced today, he is not renewing his contract and will depart 31 March 2009. Rick has done a herculean job for AFSA and will be sorely missed. I would appreciate your distribution of this unfortunate news to all of your AFSA chapters so we can quell any "spin" put on his announcement; he simply said "it is time". Thank you for your support.
